Introduction

We're a unique yoga studio dedicated to recovering what we believe to the essence of yoga: a traditional yoga philosophy and practice available to everyone. We're dedicated to making various forms and levels of yoga available to everyone. We teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Astanga yoga in the traditional Indian style.

We offer classes, courses, and workshops that shed light on the interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga with all other aspects of life. We welcome your questions, feedback and insights as you and we evolve.

Glen Vats

Our founder and lead teacher Glen
, hails from upper Himalayas and is here to help inspire both you and your practice. He is an E-RYT (experienced registered Yoga teacher) 500 hour registered at the yoga alliance.

​He has been practising Yoga since childhood, being born into a Yoga family. Glen has been teaching Yoga since 2009. He teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, meditation and mindfulness to really be able to deepen your practice, whether you are practicing for years already or a complete beginner. In 2015, he started Praj Yoga Istanbul, where he now shares his knowledge. He is dedicated to recovering what is believed to be the essence of yoga: a traditional yoga philosophy and practice available to everyone. 

We host a number of volunteer new Yoga graduates, who would like to develop their practice and meanwhile experience beautiful Turkey. Please write to us to know more about this opportunity.
